It’s called the Best Day Journal and it’s designed to help you track, reflect and better yourself with just a few simple exercises.
The journal is broken down into setting outcomes and intentions around long term goals, habits and behaviors. Then it will help guide you through not just daily planning and reflection, but weekly and monthly check-ins, too!
